The Paris office, headed by Liam McVeigh, a 30-year career professional in the European, Asian and African construction industry, will significantly enhance Quantum’s European expert witness services and support Quantum’s existing regional offices in Spain, the UK and Turkey.

Liam has held several senior positions providing commercial leadership and consultancy on a wide range of global construction projects including construction planning, independent evaluation of projects and expert witness services in France, Africa, Russia and Asia.

In 2017, Liam was appointed as President of the Institution of Civil Engineers French Association where he represents the British ICE in France arranging technical events and assisting in graduate professional training.
