Liam McVeigh has over 34 years of professional experience working on a broad range of global construction projects in Africa, France, Russia and Asia. Liam is fluent in French.

He provides commercial and technical leadership on projects including construction planning, independent evaluation of projects and expert witness services.

Liam was President of the Institution of Civil Engineers French Association from 2015 to 2019. He currently holds the position of Vice-President where he represents the British ICE in France arranging technical events and assisting in graduate professional training.

He has a BEng in Civil Engineering, a BTEC in Advanced award in Expert Witness Evidence, is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (FICE CEng), is qualified as an Institution of Civil Engineers Professional Reviewer and is also a member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF). Liam also acts as a mentor to civil engineering graduates.
