‘The Concept of Time in Middle East Projects’ discussed by QGS

David Kelly, Quantum Global Solutions (QGS) Executive Director will share his knowledge on ‘The Concept of Time in Middle East Projects’ as guest speaker at the Society of Construction Law (Gulf) meeting on the 9^th of June 2015 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Bahrain.

David will be exploring the ever contentious issue of “time” in Middle East projects with a focus on “time-at-large” and “time-of-the-essence” and its relationship to the FIDIC standard forms of contract, and will be considering some of the apparent mismatches between the treatment of time under the civil laws of the Gulf, and the terms of the FIDIC contract.
