Chin Fook Chien is a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 38 years of professional expertise in Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates. He has successfully delivered cost and commercial management services across a broad spectrum of projects, including high-rise buildings, transportation infrastructure and complex mixed-use developments. With strong capabilities in cost planning, estimating, bills of quantities (BoQ) preparation, procurement, tendering and post-contract administration, Chin has consistently added value through meticulous cost control, effective risk management and strategic contract administration.

Chin’s extensive industry knowledge and practical expertise span both public and private sector projects. He has worked with consulting firms, main contractors and client organisations and has provided leadership and mentorship to project teams throughout all phases of delivery. Known for his integrity, precision and composure under pressure, Chin is adept at balancing technical rigour with practical execution to meet stakeholder expectations.

He holds a First Class Degree in Quantity Surveying and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM).
