Yow Kah Lun is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the building and infrastructure construction industries, covering projects in Malaysia and the Middle East where he has notable expertise in dispute resolution and has served as a Quantum Expert providing expert testimony in litigation proceedings. He has also undertaken a wide range of duties in contract administration, the preparation and evaluation of contractual claims, dispute management and commercial management across both pre and post-contract stages.

He holds a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons) and an MSc in Construction Contract Management, is an accredited Mediator with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is empanelled with the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC). He is also listed on the Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM) Panels of Mediators and Experts and is a member of the International Mediation Panel of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) International.

Yow is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), a Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Member of the Society of Construction Law Malaysia.
