Yasemeen is a result driven professional with a background in chemical engineering and over three years of experience in account management, CRM operations, data analytics and client relationship management. She has a proven track record of managing client portfolios, driving sales growth and delivering data -driven insights to support strategic decision making and business performance.

With experience across the e-commerce, professional services, consulting, audit and engineering sectors Yasemeen combines strong analytical capabilities with commercial awareness and expertise in process optimisation, stakeholder engagement, CRM management and performance reporting. A native Arabic speaker with fluent English language skills, she is also proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office Suite.

Yasemeen holds a First Class Honours BEng in Chemical Engineering.
