Tony is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of international finance and leadership experience across multiple industries and continents. With a background including more than 15 years of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) experience, including six years in overseas postings, his expertise spans financial management, internal auditing, corporate governance and strategic consultancy for businesses in 29 countries. He currently also serves as the Internal Auditor, conducting annual audits worldwide. Since March 2016, he has also served as Service Director for various clients.

He holds an MBA from the University of Malaya and has served as CFO for several multi-national conglomerates, with significant international assignments in Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Norway. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA, UK), a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (CA) and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ACPACC).

Tony is also an accredited trainer (PMSB/HRDF Malaysia) and a Certified Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) bringing a holistic approach to leadership and organisational development.
