Stephen Heath is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 40 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure and transportation projects. He is a recognised expert in elevated highway construction having led numerous projects involving pre-cast segmental construction, U‑beam girder installation and crane erection techniques across Asia and the Middle East.

His experience spans the full project lifecycle from design coordination through execution, claims and dispute resolution. He has also served as a consultant and advisor on complex construction projects, assessing contractual and technical issues and providing detailed analysis and clear, defensible reports suitable for arbitration and adjudication.

Stephen holds a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering and is a Fellow and Chartered Engineer (C.Eng., FICE) of the Institution of Civil Engineers, London and a Member of the Institution of Engineers Australia (MIEAust).
