HuiSan is a Senior Contract and Claims Consultant and Quantity Surveyor with 14 years of specialised experience in quantum assessment, dispute resolution, claims management and contract administration. She has led both pre and post-contract phases on major projects, including high-rise buildings, rail infrastructure and highways across Malaysia and internationally.

Her expertise includes complex claims preparation including loss and expense, quantum assessment and extensions of time, dispute resolution support for adjudication, arbitration and litigation and contract advisory services where she combines strong technical proficiency with effective leadership, negotiation and communication skills to deliver commercially sound solutions aligned with client objectives and contractual compliance.

HuiSan’s strengths include quantum assessment, tender documentation, sub-contractor procurement and final account settlements. Her project portfolio spans commercial high‑rise developments, LRT and MRT rail projects, roads and highways, power plants and institutional developments where she is recognised for her meticulous cost control, proactive risk management and seamless collaboration with clients, consultants and legal teams.

HuiSan holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MMIArb).
