Nor is a registered Provisional Quantity Surveyor with five years’ experience in construction contract administration and claims management where she specialises in Malaysian construction law using her skills in managing contracts, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with the contract conditions. Nor works closely with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and a Foundation in Architecture and Environmental Design and is accredited as a Provisional Quantity Surveyor by the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia.
