Nicole is a highly experienced and results-driven professional with over 20 years of expertise in construction contract administration, successfully managing medium to large-scale projects across Malaysia and the Middle East. She has led full project lifecycles with a strong focus on contract management, project coordination, and team leadership, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Her expertise includes stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation and both pre and post-contract administration for building and infrastructure works where she has significantly contributed to the success of numerous complex projects through structured management, proactive issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Construction Management and a Certificate in Architecture. She is also an Accredited Mediator registered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Qualified Mediator with the International Mediation Institute (IMI) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).
