Mohammad has over 12 years’ experience in managing and administering contractual aspects in fast-track, multi-billion governmental and non-governmental projects in the MENA region.

Throughout his work experience his role has included financial and technical bid evaluation, establishing communication lines between client, contractor and consultant, in addition to identifying, assessing and evaluating claims, drafted several claim submissions, rebuttal documents, dispute resolution, establishing procedures to minimise the impact of claims.

Mohammed has an MSc (Merit) in Construction Management and a BSc in Civil Engineering. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), a member of the Jordan Engineer Association, a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
