Min is a respected construction professional with over eight years of experience across the Middle East (MENA Region) and Africa. Her expertise lies at the intersection of major project delivery and advanced analytical modeling.

Her career began in technical reporting and document management systems for large-scale projects. Seeking to deepen her analytical capabilities, she pursued and earned a Master’s Degree in System Dynamics. Min specialises in using System Dynamics to provide clients with robust, evidence-based analysis on delays and disruptions. She has applied this methodology across a diverse portfolio, including oil and gas facilities, commercial buildings and infrastructures. She also created an innovative Project Management Simulator, a serious marketing game designed to engage industry stakeholders and demonstrate the tangible benefits of System Dynamics in improving project performance. She also delivers System Dynamics lectures for MBA students.

Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in China and Finland (exchange programme) and a Master’s Degree in System Dynamics in Norway.
