Lance is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 12 years of experience in the construction industry specialising in dispute resolution and claims management covering all pre-contract, project establishment, post-contract, and post-completion duties. He has been involved in the preparation of claims on multi-billion-dollar projects across a diverse range of sectors, including residential mixed-use developments, commercial properties, airport infrastructure, railway and pipeline projects, data centres, and large-scale infrastructure schemes.

Lance holds an MSc (Distinction) in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution (King’s College London) where he was awarded two SCL prizes for best performance in the first year, and the best overall graduate on the Construction Law and Dispute Resolution course. Lance also holds an MSc (Distinction) in Quantity Surveying (Portsmouth University) and a BA (Hons) in Geography (King’s College London). He holds a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors (MCInstCES).
