Kelly holds a Bachelor of Quantity Surveyors (Hons) obtained in 2016 and is currently pursuing an MSc in Construction Contract Management

With a three-year career history that spans from an internship as a Quantity Surveyor to her current role as a Consultant at Plus Three Consultants, Kelly has accrued valuable experience including cost estimation, review of contractual matters, evaluation of variation orders, preparation of tender documents and tender evaluation reports.
