John has over 40 years of construction experience mainly with international contractors as Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Director/Regional Manager in the UK, Europe, South America, Middle East and South East Asia. He has extensive experience of financial control, pre and post-contract commercial, contractual and claims management, risk analyses, final accounts and resolution of contractual issues, project management, corporate management and business development.

Throughout his career John has worked on multiple project types including design and build, EPCC, EPCIC, design, build and operate, concessions, EPCM as well as traditional forms of contract. He has been involved in wide variety of large-scale civil engineering, building, mechanical and electrical services and oil and gas projects, including over 20 years as a full time Contract Manager/Claims Consultant with specialist Plus Three Consultants resident in Malaysia.
