Jack Murphy – Forensic Planning Consultant

Jack is a highly motivated Forensic Planning Consultant with over five years of practical experience in forensic delay analysis, programme analysis and claims support across major construction and infrastructure projects in the Middle East and internationally. He has gained experience working alongside Quantum’s contractual and commercial consultants in the review and preparation of claims, contractual correspondence and supporting documentation.

Jack is highly proficient in Primavera P6, with extensive hands-on experience in reviewing and interrogating baseline, revised, and updated programmes; analysing programme logic and progress; identifying critical and near-critical paths; and assessing the impact of project delays. His experience includes As-Planned versus As-Built analysis, Time Impact Analysis using the Window Analysis method, programme reconstruction, critical path analysis and the preparation of S-curves and progress analyses using advanced Microsoft Excel.

Jack is currently completing a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), a Student Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and a Corporate Member of AACE International.
