Harris Chan is a results-driven Quantity Surveyor with over six years of experience in quantity surveying consultancy, specialising in the delivery of full-scope quantity surveying services from the pre-contract through to post-contract stages. He is currently focusing on a claims consultancy role, involving claim assessments and the provision of contractual advice across a wide range of construction projects, including marine, hydro-electric power and high-rise residential developments.

He holds a Master of Science in Construction Law and Practice and a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. Harris is also a Professional Quantity Surveyor and a Graduate Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).
