Hammam is a Senior Planning Engineer with over eight years’ professional experience in Qatar, specialising in the delivery of major residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, educational and high end fit-out projects. His portfolio includes high rise towers, mixed-use developments and fast-track renovations. He is highly proficient in Primavera P6 planning, with strong expertise in baseline and recovery schedule development, progress measurement, forecasting, delay mitigation and the substantiation of Extension of Time (EoT) claims for complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

He possesses extensive hands-on experience in interior fit-out and refurbishment works, including hotels and residential and commercial projects. His expertise covers architectural finishes, MEP coordination, testing and commissioning, authority approvals and handover sequencing. Hammam has substantial exposure to Ashghal projects, working closely with leading international consultants and major contractors while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, reporting standards and milestone commitments. He also demonstrates advanced capability in critical path analysis, float management, out-of-sequence handling and forensic delay analysis.

Hammam holds an MSc in Project Management and a BSc in Civil Engineering. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds an Advanced Primavera P6 Professional certification. He is also a native Arabic speaker and has professional working proficiency in English.
