Hafiz is a highly motivated and meticulous Quantity Surveyor with practical experience in both consultancy and contracting environments. He has built a strong foundation in cost management, tender preparation and contract administration through active involvement in diverse projects across Malaysia and Singapore.

Hafiz consistently delivers cost-effective solutions with technical accuracy and a proactive approach. His growing portfolio of projects includes data centres, hospitals, ports and factory developments, where he excels in managing tendering processes and coordinating with stakeholders under tight deadlines.

He holds a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons) and a Foundation in Engineering, both with First-Class Honours. Hafiz is a Provisional Quantity Surveyor certified by the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia and holds certifications in Cubicost TAS and TRB.
