Hafiz is a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in both consultancy and contracting environments where he has built a strong foundation in cost management, tender preparation and contract administration through active involvement in a diverse portfolio of projects across Malaysia and Singapore.

Proficient in software such as Cubicost TAS & TRB and Autodesk AutoCAD, Hafiz consistently demonstrates strong analytical skills, technical accuracy and a proactive approach to delivering cost-effective solutions. His growing portfolio includes data centres, hospitals, ports and factory developments, where he excels in managing tendering processes and coordinating with stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Hafiz holds a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons) and a Foundation in Engineering, both awarded with First-Class Honours. He is a Provisional Quantity Surveyor certified by the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia.
