Hady is a degree-qualified construction professional with over 11 years of experience in the construction sector. He has worked on a broad range of projects including infrastructure, heavy civil and oil and gas projects in the MENA region.

His key areas of expertise include project controls, with a strong focus on forensic planning, risk management and cost control. He has extensive experience in the preparation and substantiation of Extension of Time (EoT) claims, including associated time and cost impacts. An expert planner, Hady develops and maintains robust project programmes, monitors progress and proactively identifies and mitigates potential delays.

Hady has a BSc in Civil and Environmental Engineering, a Diploma in Forensic Schedule Analysis with Merit and an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), a PMP (Project Management Professional), a RMP (Risk Management Professional) and an AACE Qatar Board Member.
