Elie has over 16 years of international experience in civil engineering, construction and project management within leading civil engineering firms in the Middle East and Africa. Elie possesses superior interpersonal skills and is accomplished in team management, relationship building and negotiations with major stakeholders in the contracting field.

Elie has a Bachelor in Civil Engineering and is a Member of the Order of Engineers and Architects in Lebanon (OEA).
