Elie Abou Fakhr is a Contractual and Commercial Consultant with over 16 years of experience in the construction industry, combining practical project management experience with specialised consulting experience in construction claims, delay analysis, disruption claims, cost escalation and contractual advisory. He is fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Since joining Quantum, Elie has supported contractors on complex international assignments involving major infrastructure, transport, rail, highway, data centre and water treatment projects across France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Croatia, Denmark and Norway. His work includes the preparation and assessment of extension of time, disruption, prolongation cost and price indexation claims, supported by detailed factual and contractual analysis, review of project records and correspondence, the preparation of clear reports and presentations for use in negotiations and dispute resolution processes.

Elie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, is a member of the Order of Engineers and Architects in Lebanon and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
