Claudine is a highly skilled Senior Forensic Planning Engineer and Delay Expert Witness Assistant with over eleven years of international experience. She has successfully supported and delivered projects in diverse sectors including residential and commercial developments, high-rise towers, construction, refurbishments and major infrastructure works.

Her expertise covers the full spectrum of project planning and control, from developing and managing baseline and revised programmes to conducting forensic delay analyses, schedule impact assessments and extension of time claims.

Claudine has a BSc in Civil Engineering and is a member of the Filipino Planning Engineers Association (FPEA) and the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE).
