Cerela (Ela) has a strong multi-tasking ability and is a detail-oriented Forensic Planning Engineer with planning and project management knowledge gained over 19 years working in the oil and gas, engineering, real estate and construction industry.

Her experience includes data analytics such as retrieving, collecting and organising data, building an as-planned vs as-built analysis and graph reports to create and present the data in the most effective format for analysing.

Ela has a Bachelor of Science in Tourism from PATTS College Of Aeronautics, Philippines. She has also completed further certification in Computer-Based Accountancy at AMA Computer College, Philippines.
