Forensic Planning Consultant, Asem Shakhtour has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry having worked as a Project Engineer, Planning Engineer, Senior Planning Engineer and Forensic Planning Engineer on various projects in the Middle East and Africa, particularly the Gulf and Jordan.

Asem is experienced in planning, scheduling, project control and delay analysis with the ability to work independently and proactively within teams on large value and complex construction and infrastructure schemes. He speaks Arabic and English and has excellent knowledge of Primavera, AutoCAD and MS Office.

Asem has a BSc Degree in Civil Engineering and is a Member of the AACEI, formerly American Association of Cost Engineering (MAACEI). In addition to his PMI Project Management Training Certificate Programme, Primavera Project Planner Using P3, Primavera Project Planner (P6 Basic Course), Computer Aided Structural Design using Prokon he has also recently completed the FIDIC Module 2: Management of Claims and Dispute Resolution under the FIDIC Contracts.
