Anouar is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and accomplished Senior Contracts Manager of extensive experience leading the commercial delivery on multi-billion dollar projects across the UK and MENA Region.

He has proven skills in cost optimisation, entitlement recovery and risk mitigation across residential, educational, retail, infrastructure, marine and hospitality sectors with expertise spanning the full project lifecycle in both contracting and consultancy roles.

Anouar holds a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES). He also holds the Association for Project Management (APM) Foundation Certificate. Anouar has strong practical experience working under FIDIC (1987, 1999 and 2017), NEC3 and JCT Standard Forms of Contract. He is currently undertaking an LLM/MSc in Construction Law with completion expected in 2028.
