Ahmad Fikri is a Senior Forensic Planning Consultant (Delay Analyst) with over 10 years of experience in the construction and infrastructure sectors, including claims consultancy. He specialises in delay analysis, project scheduling, and Extension of Time (EoT) claims, and has played a key role in the preparation of delay expert reports for arbitration and other dispute resolution proceedings.

His experience spans a wide range of sectors, including industrial plants, water reticulation systems, roadworks, railways, multi-storey buildings, solar plants and more. He is well‑versed in various contract forms, including JKR Standard Forms, PAM and FIDIC. His project experience extends across Asia, where he delivers high‑quality consultancy services to both local and international clients. Known for his analytical approach and practical solutions, Ahmad is a dependable professional with proven capability in managing complex project scheduling and delay-related issues.

Ahmad holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Civil Engineering and is a registered Professional Technologist with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). He is an Associate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (AMIArb) and a Member of the Society of Construction Law, Malaysia (SCL Malaysia).
