
Adam Clements – Legal Specialist
Adam is a commercially astute lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in the Middle East and North America in high-value complex construction, design and engineering disputes across the civil, commercial, residential and infrastructure sectors.
Throughout his career he has gained extensive collaborative experience with client project teams and third-party experts in delay, disruption, engineering and quantum in the preparation and response to interim claims and in international arbitration and litigation proceedings.
He has been involved with in-house counsel, managing construction disputes for major Saudi Arabian based independent power producers and developers in relation to project financed projects across MENA jurisdictions.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Legal Consultant with a certificate in Qualification Law. He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Law Society of British Columbia in Canada and the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia.
