Adam is an expert in business management, project and contract management, construction contract cash flow optimisation, procurement, FIDIC contract conditions, claims strategy and client relationship management.

He has over 10 years of experience in advising on and implementing construction investments and has successfully conducted multiple commercial negotiations with international construction and engineering corporations.

Adam has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), an MSc in Management, an MSc in Accounting and Finance, a member of the Polish Association of Consulting Engineers (SIDiR) and Chair of the Future Leaders Council of FIDIC.
