Abdullah is a chartered construction professional with over 17 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry across the MENA Region and the United Kingdom.
He has extensive expertise in project management, project planning, delay analysis and project control implementations, supporting large scale commercial and infrastructure projects from tender through to completion. He is highly proficient in Primavera, Asta Powerproject’s and other planning software and skilled in leveraging advanced Power Bi analytics and AI-driven techniques to enhance project performance and data visibility.

Specialising in forensic planning and delay analysis, including time impact and as-planned vs as built techniques, Abdullah regularly develops expert claims and independent schedule assessments for major programmes in Europe and the Middle East.

Abdullah holds an MSc in Structural Design and Construction Management, a BEng in Civil Engineering and Diploma in NVQ Level 7 Construction Management. He is a member of the Chartered of Building (MCIOB) and an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Civil Surveyors (AMCICS).
