Quantum Global Solutions (QGS) is proud to announce two new Contractual and Commercial Consultants have joined their Qatar office team. Natalie Findlay and David Gannon will initially be based in the company’s Doha head office prior to being assigned to one of QGS’s global contract management projects.

These appointments have been driven by customer demand and their wealth of experience working on multiple projects across a range of industry sectors. This further underscores QGS’s customer centric approach to provide the highest quality of construction professionals in the industry to meet our clients’ needs,” said Peter Murphy, QGS’s Managing Director following the most recent appointments.
Natalie has experience in multiple aspects of commercial and project Management including contracts review, cost planning, tendering, valuing works, payment notices, reporting and forecasting, risk management, claims and dispute resolution and preparation of expert witness reports for court. Natalie has a BSc (Hons) in Project Management and an HNC in Building Construction.
David is a self-motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Contractual and Commercial Consultant with a background in building, civil, rail and refurbishment industry sectors. David’s experience includes contractual issues, tender preparation, technical and commercial bid compliance review, procurement, Extension of Time (EOT) assessments, termination notices and variation assessment. David has a BSc in Quantity Surveying and an HNC in Construction Management.
