Quantum Global Solutions (QGS) is proud to announce Gavin Hegarty has joined the QGS office team as a Contractual and Commercial Consultant. Gavin will initially be based in the company’s Doha head office prior to being assigned to one of QGS’s global projects.

Gavin’s experience working in Qatari projects over the past years accentuates QGS’s focus to deliver the highest quality of industry professionals to work with our valued clients on their projects,” said Peter Murphy, QGS’s Managing Director following the most recent appointments.
As a qualified Solicitor the majority of Gavin’s experience has been in litigation both plaintiff and defendant work in the County and High Court. Gavin’s construction industry experience includes working on interim claim submissions, extensions of time for completion and additional payments. Gavin has an LLB Law and Politics and a Post Graduate in Legal Studies. He is currently in the process of applying to undertake an MSc Construction Law and Arbitration.
