At the invitation of Construction Week, Andrew Woodward, Quantum Global Solutions Executive Director recently took part in the panel discussion at the Leaders in Construction conference held on the 6th of April 2016.
The panel which included representatives from Qatar’s major construction industry organisations discussed the topic, “The Payment Predicament’’. Topics raised during the lively discussion included how project delays, shortened deadlines and constant alterations of specifications, can cause contractors and subcontractors to absorb crippling costs.
