Quantum Global Solutions is delighted to announce that it has been successful in registering for Regulation by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

The RICS promotes and enforces the highest professional qualifications and standards in the development and management of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure around the world.  Being regulated by the RICS requires QGS to adhere to strict requirements in terms of;

  • Professional behaviour and obligations, competency and service.
  • Commitment to the training of its staff and their Continued Professional Development.
  • Providing clients with access to a complaints handling procedure which must include an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism that is approved by the Regulatory Board.
  • Ensuring that all previous and current professional work is covered by adequate and appropriate professional indemnity insurance cover.

As you would expect, and to achieve Regulation, QGS employ a large number of RICS qualified staff. As an individual working for QGS, all RICS members must demonstrate that they:

  • Act with integrity.
  • Always provide a high standard of service.
  • Act in a way that promotes trust in the profession.
  • Treat others with respect.
  • Take responsibility.

Knowing our employees adopt these principles allows the company to follow suit.

Richard Allen, QGS Associate Director and Contact Officer with the RICS stated, “QGS is proud to be associated with the RICS – being regulated by the RICS further showcases QGS’s ability and commitment to setting and upholding the highest standards of excellence, which in turn provides unparalleled client confidence”.

Furthermore, Peter Murphy, Quantum Managing Director said, “Receiving RICS regulation further underscores Quantum’s commitment to industry best practice and the continuous professional development of our team as well as raising the bar within all areas of our work.”
