Lucia Vernon, Quantum Global Solutions Senior Forensic Planning Consultant and AACEI – Qatar Section Director of Marketing and Publicity and Mohamad Daaboul, Vice – President of AACE International Qatar Section and Founder and Managing Director of Analyzer Consulting recently hosted a joint training session on ‘Practical Training in Delay Analysis – Part 1: Window Analysis.’
The theoretical principles of Window Analysis were followed by three hours of hands-on practical exercises. “Despite the impact of lower energy revenues, Qatar remains a vibrant country for construction projects. Being able to share our knowledge and experience in delay analysis, in both a theoretical and practical manner with Qatar’s construction professionals is a great experience. We were asked many interesting questions during the afternoon and received positive feedback from the attendees.”
