Following an already established career in Qatar, Quantum is pleased to announce Gary Vincent has joined the company as a Senior Contractual/Commercial Consultant.

Gary has over 20 years’ of global experience across the construction and petro-chemical industries and has demonstrable skills in achieving and delivering results within commercial targets and outperforming requirements of agreed KPI targets.
