Quantum Global Solutions (QGS) is proud to announce that David Kelly, Executive Director was recognised as Construction Executive of the Year in the Construction Week Qatar 2015 Awards.
David was selected by the Construction Week panel of judges who highlighted his many contributions to the construction industry over the past two decades including amicably resolving disputes and his active role in training and mentoring graduates and contributing to knowledge on Quantum’s role within the industry for both employer and client which brings Clarity, Focus and Resolution to difficult situations.
