Quantum Global Solutions (QGS) is delighted to announce the strengthening of its Istanbul office team with the appointment of Contractual/Commercial Consultant, Bulut Cinar.
As a young industry professional Bulut’s expertise includes project management, claims analysis, cost engineering and finance. He has been involved in high profile mega-projects such as the Istanbul New Airport Project and the Trans-Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline Project.
“Turkish national Bulut’s appointment is aligned to the opening of our Istanbul office where he will join our existing team working on projects for our local clients. His experience working within the Turkish construction industry will add great value to our Turkish clients and our projects within the region” said Peter Murphy, QGS Managing Director.
Bulut is fluent in Turkish and English, has an MSc in Oil and Gas Management, a BSc in Business Administration and is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
