Thomas Ong is a seasoned Civil Engineer and Lead Forensic Delay Analyst with over 23 years of experience in project delivery, planning and claims consultancy. He has worked extensively across Malaysia on major infrastructure and high-rise developments. His expertise lies in forensic delay analysis, extension of time claims and expert report preparation for arbitration and dispute resolution. Thomas is highly proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project and has delivered webinars and training in delay analysis and dispute resolution.

He holds an Honours degree in Civil Engineering (Construction Management) and is a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) and a Professional Technologist in Building and Construction Technology under the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT). He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), a Member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) and a Member of the Malaysia Society for Engineering & Technology (MySET).
