Nor is a registered Provisional Quantity Surveyor with five years of experience in construction contract administration and claim management. She specialises in Malaysian construction laws and is skilled in managing contracts, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with the conditions of contract. Nor works closely with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, a Foundation in Architecture & Environmental Design and is accredited as a Provisional Quantity Surveyor by the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia.
