Mohammad has over 14 years’ experience in managing and administering contractual matters on fast-track, multi-billion dollar governmental and non-governmental projects across the MENA region.

Throughout his work experience his role has included financial and technical bid evaluation, establishing communication channels between clients, contractors and consultants, and identifying, assessing and evaluating claims. He has also prepared numerous claim submissions, rebuttal documents, dispute resolutions and established procedures to minimise the impact of claims.

Mohammed holds an MSc with Merit in Construction Management and a BSc in Civil Engineering. He is a FIDIC Certified Contracts Manager, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), a Member of the Jordan Engineer Association, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is currently pursuing an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration.
