Tinu is a skilled professional with over 17 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation and working within procurement teams. She is a highly motivated, detail oriented self-starter, experienced in quantity take-offs using Bluebeam Revu and AutoCAD, with solid expertise in PlanSwift for material estimation, who can work in a fast-paced environment. With experience in a number of project types including airport, oil and gas, military facilities, roads and high-rise buildings, stadia and sports facilities in the MENA Region, she is also known for her strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Tinu holds a Bachelor of Engineering (ECE) and a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (MSBTE). She is also a Member of the Indian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIIQS) and is currently pursuing RICS accreditation with a focus on Quantity Surveying and certification by the Qatar Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA). In the course of her career, she has also completed training and certification in VLSI (Very Large-Scale Integration), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and SAP.
