Michael Davies, Country Director, has over 19 years’ experience in commercial and claims management across the UK, Middle East and Far East. He has a wide range of experience from quality monitoring, project and contract management to construction law including various forms of building contracts that has proved invaluable to clients. Michael has provided assistance to a number of contractors in the Middle East, specifically claims for extension of time, loss and expense and liquidated and ascertained damages, quantum for prolongation, disruption, variation costs and working to assist Experts for expert witness reports for use in arbitration.

Michael has a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and a Master’s in Construction Law and Arbitration (LLM). He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and a Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (MCABE).
