Małgorzata is a legal specialist in commercial law. Over the past four decades she has built her expertise as a legal adviser and adjudicator, and as a member of management bodies of business entities, in Poland and overseas.

She has been a legal adviser since 1984 where her work has included construction investments completed on the basis of FIDIC contracts co-financed by the European Union and World Bank funds. From 2010 to 2013 she was the President of the Court of Arbitration at the Association of Consulting Engineers and Experts in Warsaw.

Małgorzata is a Master of Law, Attorney at Law (listed by Warsaw Bar Association) a member of the Polish Association of Consulting Engineers (SIDiR) and a member of the Court Arbitration.
