Ivan Keane, General Counsel, is responsible for overseeing the group’s legal affairs in conjunction with the Managing Director and the Executive Leadership Team.

He is a senior manager with extensive operational experience managing the legal affairs of international professional services businesses with particular experience in the management and provision of professional and technical services including technology solutions.

Ivan holds a LLB (Hons) degree, is a UK Qualified Solicitor and is a member of the Law Society. He is also a member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF).
