Sr Yow Kah Lun is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 20 years’ experience within the building and infrastructure construction industries covering projects in Malaysia and the Middle East. He is fully experienced in carrying out contract administration, establishment and evaluation of contractual claims and commercial management for projects in pre-and post-contract stages.

He has a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, an MSc in Construction Contract Management, is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
