Andrew Woodward, Corporate Technical Director and Regional Director Qatar, is responsible for the management and delivery of multiple project portfolios and relationships with numerous clients and assignments throughout the region. A dedicated senior executive with a solid background established working with major UK contractors within the civil engineering, infrastructure and construction sectors.

He has particular experience and expertise within the construction dispute field, having been party to dispute resolution processes (adjudication and arbitration both as defendant). In addition, he has provided contract, quantum, delay and disruption advice to contractors on large-scale infrastructure projects in Europe (including presentations to Dispute Adjudication Board – DAB) and has undertaken the role of Party Appointed Expert Witness on matters of both quantum and delay (International Arbitration, International Chamber of Commerce – ICC rules).

Andrew has a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering and is a CEng (Chartered Civil Engineer). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) and an Advanced Professional Expert Witness Certificate as awarded by Pearson – Edexcel. In 2019 he was listed in Who’s Who Legal (WWL) and in 2025 Andrew was recognised as being in the top 5% of worldwide Experts in the field by Lexicology.
