
Oleksii Liubymyi – Associate Director
Oleksii has over 13 years’ experience in engineering and construction sectors and has held senior managerial positions in Qatar and Ukraine. He specialises in forensic delay analysis and claim preparation and has expertise in advising clients on matters of delay, planning and project controls and has a proven track record of delivering tailored project control services, and setting-up high-performing planning teams to ensure timely project execution.
He has experience in nuclear power plants, rail, airport, high-rise buildings and medical sectors. One of the signature projects that Oleksii worked on was the construction of the New Safe Confinement for the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant.
Oleksii has conducted delay analysis, prepared expert reports for the arbitration proceedings and assisted parties in the mediation and settlement negotiations.
He has a Master’s Degree in Project Management, a BSc in Civil and Industrial Engineering and holds a Certificate in RICS Expert Witness. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and was appointed to the AACE-Qatar Section Committee in 2018 where he has served as a Director from 2021 up to the present day.
