Associate Director, Ruba Gharaibeh, has 18 years of working experience in the construction industry having worked as a Senior Contractual/Commercial Consultant, Contract Administrator and Site Project Engineer on various projects in Jordan and the Gulf. She provides contractual, commercial and planning support services to contractors throughout the Middle East operating out of the Quantum regional office in Amman, Jordan. Ruba works as part of a regional team preparing entitlement submissions including extension of time, disruption, acceleration and variations. Ruba’s works are carried out in both English and Arabic.

Ruba has a BSc in Civil Engineering and is an MCIOB Chartered Construction Manager/Chartered Builder (Chartered Institute of Building), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), a certified Class A Arbitrator (Federation of Arab Engineers – Arab Association for Engineering Arbitration), a PMP Certified (Project Management Professional) and a Certified Head of Project Management Department – Jordan Engineers Association. She is also a member of the Jordanian Engineers Association, the Arbitral Women Organisation and a Chartered Expert with the Jordanian Arbitrators Association. Ruba is currently studying for an LLM/MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration.
