Dr Abdulelah Othman Al Saleh is a renowned expert in the construction and legal field with over 40 years of regional and international experience where his unrivalled knowledge of the region and his reputation for resolving contentious matters is an asset to Quantum’s clients.

Following his Bachelor of Civil Engineering gained in the USA, Dr Abdulelah returned to work within the Saudi Arabian military where he utilised his engineering skills across a variety of roles such as Site Engineer, Contract Manager and Construction Director.

With almost two decades of construction experience, Dr Abdulelah returned to the USA to undertake a Doctor of Law degree where he also passed the American Bar Association Exam before spending a further two decades applying his combined legal and construction knowledge to support a myriad of state-sponsored and regional mega-projects.

During this period Dr Abdulelah was appointed to work within the Saudi Arabian Royal Court and directly worked as Secretary General within several key ministries raising the geopolitical profile of Saudi Arabia within regional and international spheres.

Dr Abdulelah has a BSc in Civil Engineering, is a Doctor of Law (Juris Doctor) and is a Member of the American Bar Association.
